Only data necessary to the handling and billing of the service of the performer to the clients will be collected. Along with this data other necessary data, such as contact data as well as session data, will be collected for individual business incidents.

Communication takes place directly between the performer and the client. Nevertheless, OSIP reserves the right to check single transmissions or to document the sessions. OSIP accepts no responsibility for the contents offered by the performer.

The billing of money spend by the clients for performers shows, will be conducted through a contracted third party. The billing data will only be used to execute this billing transactions.

LiveEscortChat simply offers a technical internet platform which enables performers and clients to build up a performance relationship. We simply supports the performer technically by their performance production and provides the invoice layer.

The performer takes full responsibility for the contents (Audio, Video, Text etc.) transmitted to the Client.
