Neither the performer or the client have the right of use of the internet site. OSIP does not guarantee the availability of the internet site. OSIP reserves the right to change and add to the site at any time.

Payment options

The following payment options are currently available on LiveEscortChatCam.com: credit card, electronic debit, electronic transfer. The client can select the payment method. He then aquires an amount of credit. This credir can be used at the client’s own discretion for video chats with the performers. Refunds are not possible.

A contract exists between the client and OSIP in relation to the use of the credit Account. Herewith is the liability limited to gross negligently or intentionally caused loss. OSIP accepts the liability for damages caused by simple negligence in violating an important main contractual duty or cardinal duty or the lack of a promised feature. (This does not include the attributes of the senders, because this contract does only exist between sender and visitor.) Above that liability for simple negligence is excluded. In the case of minor negligence in violating an important main contractual duty, the liability of OSIP is limited to the the amount which the client on average spends for a single session.

Should one or more of the rules of this user agreement not be valid or feasible, the remaining rules remain in force. The invalid rules will be replaced by rules which would have been agreed on by both parties, as if they had known about the invalidity in advance.
